In Cagliari, a magnificent city in a dream island: Sardinia.
Here borns the first B&B in the world dedicated to chocolate.
The "Castello" District
The Castello district is the medieval and the oldest part of town. It’s the heart and memory of Cagliari there you can see the ruins of the massive fortification walls, the overshadowing “pisan” towers of San Pancrazio and dell’Elefante, or either walk through the ancient narrow streets where you can find the old aristocratic buildings and also lots of craftsmen’s shops among a number of crumbling buildings… Walking by the area also gives you the chance to visit several museums and monuments such as: the Viceroy Palace, the Lion’s Gate, the Cathedral of Santa Maria (dated around the year 1200 AD, originally built in Neo - Romanic style), the Bastion of Saint Remy, the National Archaeological Museum, The National Gallery, The Citadel of Museums, The Centre of Art and Culture, and the Jews Ghetto.
